Questions, answered
Do I need design skills?
No. Auto-layout fills your pages in one click, in the order the photos were taken, and everything stays editable — move, resize and swap until it looks right. Most people finish a book in an evening.
Some of my photos are blurry. Will they print well?
The editor checks the resolution of every photo as you place it. If an image is too small to print sharply at the size you have used it, you’ll see a warning before you order — so there are no surprises when the book arrives. We do not sharpen or retouch your photos — they are printed as you uploaded them.
How do I pay?
Online, in Uzbek so'm, through local payment systems. You pay only when you order the printed book — designing is free.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Uzbekistan — every region, Karakalpakstan included. Give us the address at checkout and your book is shipped there.
How long until my book arrives?
Around 30 days from payment to delivery. We print your design, check it page by page, and ship it to your address.
Will the printed book match what I designed?
Your layout prints exactly as you made it — same pages, same order, same text. Printed colours can look slightly different from a phone or laptop screen, because screens emit light and paper reflects it. We print on silk-coated stock chosen for accurate, natural colour.
What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?
We reprint it free of charge — no argument. Every book also ships in protective packaging. What a reprint covers.

If the book is wrong because of us, we reprint it free. Here is exactly what that covers.

- Binding failure — pages loose, stuck together, or falling out
- Colour banding or streaking across a printed page
- Misregistration — colours or text printed out of alignment
- Wrong trim, so pages are cut off-size
- Damage in transit
Not covered by a reprint
- Photos that were too low-resolution to print sharply. The editor warns you about these before you order, and names the pages
- Design choices — layout, cropping, text placement you made yourself
- Colour differing from a phone or laptop screen (see the question above)
How to claim
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send photos of the problem. We will ask for a photo of the whole book and a close-up of the fault. Once we have those, the reprint costs you nothing — including delivery.
